GRAB LIFE — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5-Day Return Policy
For orders placed on or after October 20, 2026, customers may request an eligible return within 5 calendar days after delivery.
Orders placed before October 20, 2026, remain eligible under the previously advertised 30-day return period.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags attached where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Email beatnabors@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Please contact us before shipping any merchandise back. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days after receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind, sizing, or preference returns.
There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented merchandise, contact us promptly with your order number and photos.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed errors or defective items.
The 5-day voluntary return window does not restrict your legal rights.
Custom Products
Custom-made or personalized items, including custom rugs, cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Gift cards are nonreturnable except where required by law. These exclusions do not limit statutory rights.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
For exchanges, request an eligible return and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before shipment. Custom orders already in production or orders already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation, subject to applicable law.
