Terms of service

Shopping with Grab Life

These terms apply to purchases and use of grablife.us. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use this site only for lawful purposes.

Products, prices, and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Products and sizes are subject to availability. Bleach patterns, handmade details, and screen colors may vary; the product description explains what is included.

If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you before making a substitution or changing the price. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the payment for them.

Discounts are subject to the conditions stated with the offer. Custom orders follow the specifications and production timing agreed before purchase.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Site content and privacy

Grab Life designs, images, and site content may not be copied or sold without permission from the rights holder. Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy.

Updates and your rights

Updates to these terms apply going forward and do not change the terms of an order already placed. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
