Shipping destinations and rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is $9.99, with free standard shipping on eligible merchandise orders of $70 or more after discounts and before tax. Express shipping is $23.99.

Delivery estimates

Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days and express transit at 1–2 business days after shipment. Transit estimates do not include order preparation or any production time disclosed on the product page. Carrier delays can affect delivery dates. Express shipping does not shorten custom-item production time.

Processing and delays

Any special processing or production timeframe will be shown before purchase. Where no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days of receiving your order. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund.

Order information and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once an order ships. Shipment confirmation and available tracking information are sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
